Year 1
Year 1 is the first exciting step into Key Stage One. You will continue the wonderful journey of being phonics experts and your reading will really start to take off! We love jumping into many magical stories like Cave Baby and Billy’s Bucket and you will become Ocean Ambassadors as we take up the challenge of protecting our oceans with local charity 'Turn The Tide'. Watch out too for our dinosaur term and put on your historians' hats, as we study the fascinating life of Mary Anning.
